Born in Port Arthur , Texas , USA Carl has nine brothers and sisters , family band calling themselves the "Soul Creators" formed in the late 60's Early 70's , not a member but heavily influenced by his brothers and sisters began playing guitar at the age of 10. Carl later attended , Cameron Univ in Lawton Ok., Music Major also , Los Angeles City College . (Compostion and Music Theory).
